GoalBuild a prototype that collects recruitment processes, campaign data and reporting in one system — reducing manual work and enabling more data-driven decisions.

Recruitment campaigns are managed across scattered tools and manual steps, which makes it hard for companies to order campaigns, follow up candidates and see how campaigns actually perform.

Interviewed and mapped the existing recruitment campaign workflow.

Design

Structured the interface around the campaign as the central object so ordering, candidates and results all live in one place.
Prioritised overview and reporting views, since lack of visibility was the main pain in the current process.

Development

Built as a prototype focused on the three core flows rather than a fully productionised system.
Campaign data and candidate data share one model so reporting can be generated directly from live campaign activity.

Reflection

What worked: Narrowing scope to three core flows kept the prototype focused and deliverable.
What did not work: Balancing thesis documentation with development took more coordination than expected.
What I learned: How to run a longer project with a real problem owner, from research through to a working prototype.
What I would improve: Deeper analytics and integrations with existing recruitment tools.
My contribution: Contributed to research, interface design and development of the prototype.
