Recruitment campaigns are managed across scattered tools and manual steps, which makes it hard for companies to order campaigns, follow up candidates and see how campaigns actually perform.

Research
Interviewed and mapped the existing recruitment campaign workflow.

- Structured the interface around the campaign as the central object so ordering, candidates and results all live in one place.
- Prioritised overview and reporting views, since lack of visibility was the main pain in the current process.

- What worked
- Narrowing scope to three core flows kept the prototype focused and deliverable.

- Balancing thesis documentation with development took more coordination than expected.
